Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, demonstrate features, and explain benefits to customers
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process payments, exchanges, and returns efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell products and services to meet sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Familiarity with operating a cash register
- Excellent phone etiquette skills for customer inquiries
